Montgomery appeals from the magistrate Judge's grant of summary judgment 2 in favor of his former employer, John Deere & Company (Deere). Montgomery alleges that Deere discharged him in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq., the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq., Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001 et seq., the disability, age, and race provisions of the Iowa Civil Rights Act (ICRA), Iowa Code §§ 216.1 et seq.,3 and Iowa public policy. The magistrate Judge granted Deere's motion for summary judgment on all counts. We affirm.
